Here you can find important information about shopping on the Nicholas Shoes webshop.

1. Conclusion of the Contract

The display of goods in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you are placing a binding order for the goods in the cart. The order confirmation is issued immediately upon submission of the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We may accept your order by sending an order acceptance via email or by delivering the goods within two business days.

2. Instructions on Withdrawal from the Contract

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating any reason. The right to unilateral withdrawal expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically acquired possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of unilateral withdrawal, you must notify us with a clear statement (e.g. by letter sent by post or email) of your decision to unilaterally withdraw from the contract:

For this purpose, you may use the attached withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of unilateral withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the amount paid without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any additional charges as a result of such a refund. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods.

The goods must be returned unused and in their undamaged original packaging to our address or personally brought to one of our stores. You bear the direct costs of sending the goods back (the cost of shipping the package to us). The return period is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods, except for handling necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and usability of the goods.

3. Exclusion/Expiry of the Right of Unilateral Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the right of unilateral withdrawal is excluded for contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-produced and are made to the consumer's specifications, according to their choice, or are customized for the consumer, for goods for which the expiry date expires quickly, and for contracts whose subject matter is sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.

4. Delivery

We deliver orders via the GLS courier service in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, to the countries of the European Union and Norway, and to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Serbia.

We ship the order on the first business day after receipt, and GLS usually delivers within Croatia within one business day. GLS does not operate on weekends, so orders received on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are shipped on Monday. The delivery time outside Croatia depends on the destination country.

The goods are delivered in usual quantities for household needs and are issued to end consumers.

5. Guarantees and Material Defects

If the delivered goods have defects, you have the statutory claims and rights in the event of a material defect in the product in accordance with the Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. Nicholas Shoes does not provide any additional commercial guarantees other than the rights provided by law.

6. Delivery Costs

• Croatia: delivery is free.
• European countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden): €20.00.
• Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Serbia: €30.00.

The exact delivery amount is shown in the cart before confirming the order. Delivery prices include VAT. When delivering to countries outside the European Union, the buyer may be required to pay customs duties and other import fees of the destination country.

In the event of a return of goods (withdrawal from the contract), the buyer bears the cost of sending the package back to us.

7. Payment Methods

Payment is possible by credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, etc.) or other options offered on the webshop.

Card payment: During the ordering process, you pay the amount by entering your card details through a secure payment system. After authorization and processing, your card will be charged the actual invoice amount.

8. Prices and Special Forms of Sale

Prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include the legally prescribed VAT.

Special forms of sale and promotional sales: The company MALUR SPORT D.O.O. will periodically, at its discretion, put certain products on promotional sale or organize special forms of sale. These products will be available to all customers or customers of a specific, precisely specified group. The terms of the promotional sale will be described in detail on the page. After the promotional sale period expires, MALUR SPORT D.O.O. will not accept new orders under the terms relating to the promotional sale for which the period has expired.

9. Retention of Ownership Rights

We retain ownership rights to the sold goods until full payment of the purchase price.

10. Contract Language and Text Storage

We recommend that you print or save the text of the order and the General Terms and Conditions when submitting the order for your own records. The contract is concluded in Croatian.
